Salvage
/ CD-R / Remix from the first year of live experiment.....
Abstract noise ambient composed of static noises, speech samples and various electronic noises. Noisiv does not work with layers of sound but by succession of them. Some sounds are being repeated over and over, while a narrative voice, sometime clear, othertimes distorted and nightmarish comes in and out. There is no coherent soundscape created but a merely chaotic noise scenery depending on the awareness of the listener to take a specific form. I guess it should be experienced loud and while wandering in a huge abandomned industry hall... Iason for 1000+1Tilt
Salvage is compiled from three different live performances between Dec 1999 and April 2000. While some tracks assemble the sounds in distorted obsessively rhythmic structures, some present a chaotic "structure" and others are long dark-noise-ambient pieces. Surely a project to dig if you're into the ambient, noise and creative electronic experimentation.t excert of review by "darklife" magazine - by GianFranco
